So, please bear with me for not posting as often as I could. Anyway, at least I gave you time to miss me. hehehe….

Next month is May, so everybody is carefully planning how Mother’s Day should be celebrated. Many are also doing early shopping for the perfect Mother’s Day gift. And some people, like me – a mother, are waiting for that Mothers Day gift.

Anyway, just lately, I was again browsing for Mothers Day gifts. My mom is not here. She is in Cagayan de Oro. I was thinking of giving her something special and unique. So, as I browsed over the internet, I came across an online store that delivery flowers internationally. Yes! You heard me right. They deliver flowers not only in the US but around the world through UPS, FedEx and DHL. When I checked their online store, I was really amazed by the great selection they have as a suggestion for a Mother’s Day gift. And besides, they have more than 30 years of experience in this field. So, they can do that perfect Mothers Day gift arranged beautifully so that you can give the best to your mom. And guess what, they can deliver in the same day you order it. Good for people who are busy…like me! They don’t only have floral arrangements but they also have variety of products to choose from. They have portable gourmet breakfast inside a basket which is a perfect surprise for a mom who loves to cook. And if your mom works in the office, they also have luxury spa gifts that come in chocolate and lavender scents.

While I was searching the site, I was totally overwhelmed by the flowers and the sets they have. I have forgotten about the Mothers Day gift that I was looking for because I was busy trying to find my Mother’s Day gift for myself!!

It’s been awhile since I have done some digital scrapping. So, I opted out of the blue to make one. I am not up to it actually but the great downloads would be useless if I don’t create beautiful things from it.

Today, I decided to make something and made myself as the model…hehehe. Well, this is how it should be. Hehehehe….anyway, hope you like it.

Here is 125×125 blog banner that I made using Brown Tan Set by Jo. I made this as a gift for a very good online friend of mine, Mommy Julianna of Pinay Wahm. Hope she likes it.

By the way, I made one photo manipulation today as my entry for Wordless Wednesday and a simple digiscrap as an added image to one of my posts at Lourdes’ Mia.

For the photo manipulation, I used Creative Keepsakes Scrapbooking Designer Software, Windows Paint (yes! paint!) and PhotoShop CS2. This is a simple photographic documentation of my new hair cut, hehehe. Guess what, my hubby cut my hair for me. Here it is, hope you like it…

I made a post of gratitude in Lourdes’ Mia. This was the image that accompanied it. I just used PhotoShop CS2 and embellishments by Digital Anemona and Peachy Keen Designs (link at the sidebar).

Pinay Mommy Online did that. She was able to get inside in Top 1,000,000 in 4 weeks. She was able to get the 460,000 plus with WJOB before. But as for now, not anymore because she loads slower because of the graphics. She has been enjoying traffics from friends, regular readers, EntreCard and BlogCatalog as of now.

So, what are my plans here? Well, I really don’t know yet. But as wide as the internet is. I will find ways. But I think one of those plans is making more digital scraps for my readers to enjoy. Im sure they will always come back for more. Certified organic traffic!

My biggest digital scrap project is finally done!! Just about few hours ago, my Photoshop CS2 software has been closed to rest for awhile (so as the memory of my PC, hehehe) as all the needed buttons, banners and background has been put togerther to create personalized looked of Pinay Mommy Online. Well, the initial reaction of those who has seen it already said it looked very homey. And with that compliment, it really made me happy. Alas, my readers will finally feel comfortable while reading my posts!

By the way, I also got that compliment here. This was the first blog I renovated. The second one was Lourdes’ Mia. Sometimes comments and compliments fuels my creativeness (I am still wondering if I have one, LOL) and resourcefulness to keep on going. For Pinay Mommy Online, it was a major job. Everything was personalized and made my back hurt! Hehehe….and also made me sleep around 5 or 6 am in the morning yesterday. But it’s worth it! I loved how it looked and I wish my readers are loving it too.
