I lived most of my life in the island of Mindanao here in the Philippines. Others would often ask me why I could keep up with the conflict running about. So I also reply to them the same answer, the area of Mindanao is about 97,530 km2. It is a big island and the conflict is not happening in my hometown. It’s happening elsewhere and it’s not all the time.

Anyway, the truth still stands that wearing tactical gears here in Mindanao is a common thing. This is the reason why nobody knows who the civilians are and who are from the military or the police. This is so irritating. I was about to make some digital scraps when I just found out that I wasn’t able to transfer some of my pictures from my laptop to my desktop. Now, I need to wait until March 2009 until I could get the pictures.

I have left my laptop with my daughter at Cagayan de Oro City so that we might have a way to communicate with each other aside from text messaging. So now, I am back with my desktop and currently I have an Adobe PhotoShop CS2 installed. Though I love playing and experimenting with my loyal image editor, I am planning to uninstall it and replace it with Adobe PhotoShop CS3.

Anyway, my desktop still has enough space to accommodate a large program file but I don’t know if using it regularly would require more from my PC’s memory. Oh well, I guess I have to try. If it would hang, I have additional slots for another 512mb memory. Hehehe…
