On Treadmills or Ellipticals
Though my husband and I are hitting the gym next month, I am still contemplating in buying a treadmill. I saw a lot of treadmills and elliptical from nordictrac fitness equipments which offer a lot of discounts especially for web buyers only.
Anyway, I am not sure if I could avail of the discounts because I might be buying it at some fitness store because shipping will prove to be expensive if I buy a treadmill or elliptical online. Oh well, I am not sure yet if I buy this year but still I am wanting too. Well just wait I guess…
They both are good calories burners if you get serious exercises on them. Ellipticals have less impacts on knees and joints that treadmills do. where to buy? Do they have a showroom as it could be more expensive if you buy from retailers. I'm in Australia and my treadmill is bought from http://www.lifespanfitness.com.au who has showroom. And I picked the treadmill up directly from there with the factory outlet price and saved shipping fee.
