Yoga and Its Benefits

I have always known yoga to be more of a spiritual exercise which originated in Ancient India. The people who practiced them for centuries saw it that way, coupled with physical and mental discipline. Nowadays, though, people practice yoga without having to embrace the spiritual implications that come along with it.

It is more of a physical exercise, although those who are actively doing yoga have testified of the inner peace it has brought them. The firm abs, of course, is an added bonus. Those complicated-looking yoga poses are even made simpler and more doable with the advent of yogitoes.
